Our Truffle Brush is made with Beech and Tampico bristles, Made in Italy. This handy brush is the perfect utensil to aid the gentle cleaning of fresh truffles and mushrooms, either dry or under cold running water.
Before using the truffle brush for the first time, rinse and clean the natural fibres with running water.
